Family Yoga in the Park

Yoga in the Park classes are open to anyone, with a primary focus on kids and their caregivers. These classes take place in Seattle parks and are designed for kids of all ages with their parents or caregivers. Classes consist of fun mindfulness exercises to help families experience some calm and age-appropriate yoga and movement exercises designed to engage families and kids. We end class with body awareness skills, and bonding time to help kids and adults connect their breath, body, and each other.

Private Yoga Sessions for an Individual Child

Working one on one with your child I build a unique lesson plan created specifically to suite your child’s needs. These classes can help your child build confidence, strength, assertiveness, while learning to socialize and express themselves.
Benefits include better grades, ability to focus and concentrate, less tired and stressed, more engagement in activities.
